How we deliver voip telephony

The LG Cloud Phone System replaces traditional on-site PBX hardware with a secure, cloud-based platform. Your team can make and receive business calls from desk phones, desktop apps, mobile devices or a web browser — ideal for housing officers and property teams working across multiple sites. There is no on-site PBX to maintain, licences scale per user, and the platform is ready for the UK’s PSTN / ISDN switch-off.

Through Yellowcom, Clearview customers get enterprise-grade cloud telephony with local Glasgow support: auto attendant, hunt groups, voicemail to email, call recording, presence, unified communications via iPECS ONE, CRM integrations and Microsoft Teams calling with your business number. Handsets are plug-and-play, and the system is hosted with enterprise-grade encryption and redundancy.
